Default Video Conference Issues

I can see everyone in video conferencing, but they can't
see me. Webcam viewing works both ways, but it's very
choppy. What do I need to do?

Default Video Conference Issues

Using MSN Messenger 6, I have the same problem with the choppy video
with webcam chat. When trying to figure out the problem, I
accidentally started Window Messenger 4.7 and connected as a video
conference instead and, presto, I had really smooth video.

Is there anyone that can tell me how I can get MSN Messenger 6 webcam
chat to work?
