Can't delete a couple of files

HI,

A while back I attempted to install an older game (Sabre Team) and during
the process it installed 2 files (Setup.exe and Sabre.exe) on my hard drive.
The game didn't work so I deleted it. All the files deleted except for the
2 I mentioned, now as I try to delete these 2, I continually get the message
the "Cannot delete Sab it is being used by another person or program.
Close any programs that might be using the file and try again" I have
closed all files except my computer or my documents and it still will not
delete.
Any Ideas.

Boot in safe mode and/or delete them from command line without ever opening
explorer to find them.
