I am downloading this build now. Is this the one that is going to go to
OEM RTM?

This build has the license agreement right after the install and no
longer shows a build number on the screen.

Correct...the prior builds were classified as 'Preview/pre-release' in
the licensing..10240 has omitted those terms. The Media has reported it
as RTM. As of yesterday MSFT had not verified requests to confirm only
stating (in my words) that the they will continually make necessary code
changes before availability.

I'll just wait for the jailbreak.
