Default My 64-bit W7's Applications' System Sounds' volume keep changing.

Hello.

Once in a while, my updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1's Volume Mixer's Applications'
System Sounds get lowered even if I put it back. Why?
https://image.prntscr.com/image/koiY...pBW8CIqN3w.gif for a screen
capture/shot of it. The only way to fix it is to reboot my old desktop PC.

Thank you in advance.
