Default standby/hibernate problem

Hi All,
I have a problem with standby/hibernate processes in my notebook.
Firstly I thought it's a matter of hardware but finally I've figured
out that it's a firewall issue. I have quite restrictive settings for
my firewall and I don't want to change this politics but the processes
of going into standby and hibernation are blocked. There appears a
blue screen with message "Preparing for going into standby/
hibernation" and after that the computer gets stuck. When firewall is
turned off, everything works perfectly. So, I would like to add these
two processes to a list of firewall's exceptions but I don't know the
name/names for that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
