I'm posting this trying to help someone else. Here's the question-

HOW DO I RETRIEVE MY REMOVABLE DISK K? I AM HAVING PROBLEMS!!

Are you talking about a CD, DVD? If so, open a paper clip and activate the
release in the tiny hole on the front of the drive.

Your friend needs to provide more information.

1. What exactly does "removable disk k" refer to? This could be
anything, for instance, a flash drive.

2. What does he mean by "retrieve"?

3. What specific problems is he having?
