Default Enable Volume Icon in Taskbar

Hi,

I need to add the volume control to the taskbar for all our machines on the
network.

None of the users have access to the control panel, so my question is can
you enable this through Group Policy or registry change?

Many Thanks,

Robfin

Mark,

I am afraid this does not seem to work.

Any other ideas?

Thanks.

I'm not sure the reg file available on the kelly's korner site is what you
want, since it might hit other settings you want to keep. You might review
the reg file to see if you can use it. It restores the network icon, and the
volume icon.

Restore Volume/Net Icon to Notification Area:
