Default In IE7 open a new tab.

I want to have IE running and open an
html file in a new tab of IE.

What happens now is a new version of
IE will be started and will have IE running
twice.

Default In IE7 open a new tab.

If you're using IE7, have you looked at:
"Tools" from the menu, "Internet Options", and then "Setting" in the Tabs
section towards the bottom of the dialog box.

By adjusting these setting you should be able to get the results you are
looking for...
