Default Hoax e mails regarding MSN Messenger charges

e mails have been doing the rounds saying that microsoft are going to delete
members accounts, because they are running out of name space, unless the said
email is sent as a new e mail to all your contacts. It refers to a BBC news
item with a link: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/1189119.stm as
evidence of possible charges. Anyone in the know?
