Have you looked in WindowsAPPs folder? That folder is hidden and it requires Administrator privileges. C:\Program Files\WindowsAPPs If you can get in then look for all the files containing Cortana and then rename those files - DON'T BE STUPID TO DELETE THEM because it might break your system beyond repair!! Probably you may need to boot up the machine using an external disk (Linux or something similar) to make these changes. -- With over 350 million devices now running Windows 10, customer satisfaction is higher than any previous version of windows.
