You are in TimeZone +08:00 (looking at your headers) so it should be:

(+08:00) - (-11:00)
= 19:00

This basically means that you get additional 19 hours after midnight on
29th July.

So it is at 7pm on Saturday today. However, if HK has any adjustment
for DST then this should be taken into account (plus or minus).
