Default Automatic typing in documents

I work for a school district and some of our computers
are typing very none school related things in word and
notepad etc. I have gone into control panel and regional
and language options and I went in and remove speech
recognition and hand writing recognition due to the
theroy of the computer is typing what the student is
saying. how do we truly disable this problem because my
way hasn't worked.

Go to Start Help and Support and type: TEXT , and hit enter.
Click on the Task titled "Turn text services off or on". You need
to "turn off" text services.
