I use this for passwords; where can I find it?

I'm in Windows 8 at the moment. Isn't it in the "Ease of Access" part of
Control Panel?

Just type osk in the run dialog

You can also use the Start button menu | All apps | Windows Ease of Access...

Then right-click On-Screen Keyboard icon | More | Open file location... then
right-click that icon again and [Send to ] place yourself a handy-dandy
shortcut on your desktop... then copy and/or cut the shortcut anywhere handy
for speedy-indeedy future quick access.
