Default No news is snow news

The good news is that all of your snow will melt. The bad news is that
your snow cannot just melt into your frozen yard (the tundra).

If you are a pessimist, you should do something about all the snow
that is piled up against your house's foundation. If you are an
optimist, you should wait to see if Mother Nature awards you a new
indoor pool -- in the space you now call your basement.

Is it spring already?

So, you need to wait for the pool to appear before you can call the place
the basement?
