Vista now controls the SIZE of a sig file in Windows Mail?

Well, that's another downcheck.

Does Windows Mail function as a NEWSREADER too?

Does it have yEnc capabilities built in?

Not in the versions I used a SIGFILE in. I simply told it to look for a
text file. OE6 has that same feature.
