Greetings Nick,
Have you gone through the Audio and Video Tuning wizard? I have this same problem with the same cam... There is NO problem with the
cam... it works in all other video applications... INCLUDING EyeBall chat... it will not work in MSN Messenger 6.0 When I use the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard, it says Camera Error... the camera is either not working properly or is in use by another program... try running amcap before attempting a VC if you are having problems. It

Contrary to popular belief, a webcam is not a webcam, there are differences that can cause this to happen.
