Prob #3 MS Intellipoint 6.3 and W-7 64-bit
I have Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Software called IntelliPoint 6.3 that
will not work with W-7 64-bit. Googling didn't bring up any patches or way I can continue using this well loved keyboard on W-7 64-bit. I found 64-bit for Vista but not 64-bit for W-7. Can anyone help with this problem since the keyboard now works like a cheap $10 special and not the Keyboard it is. None of the buttons work, only the keys work. |

What's to say that the Vista driver won't work on Win 7? I have don that, used something on the Windows O/S and implemented on another version. Vista and Win 7 are just about the same O/S. So what do you have to loose in using the Vista driver on Win 7? |

In desperation I did more Googling and hit on a beta version of the drivers for W-7 64-bit he http://www.downloadplex.com/Drivers/...or_110278.html These work and I have my beloved keyboard working again. I have been unable to find another keyboard like this in any of the stores. I think I'm going online to see if I can find a few as backups and to use on the other PCs. |

Try he Oh and Intellipoint 6.3 is driver version, not the name of an MS mouse. Look on the bottom of your mouse and you'll see the model.
