Default LITE-ON DVDRW SHW-160P6s

My DvD burner isn't responding. Device manager tells me "Windows successfully
loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware
device. (Code 41)". I troubleshooted, unplugged and replugged the device,
checked for new drivers, still nothing. Anyone have an idea as to what I
should do?

All LITEONIT drives have updated firmware at the LITEONIT web site,try
updating.....

Maybe have a look here

CD-ROM access is missing and messages cite error code 31, code 32, code 19,
code 39, or code 41 after you remove Easy CD Creator in Windows XP

problem I was having with my LITE-ON DVD/RW SHW-160P6s. It wouldn't play
dvds. Thanks to you, it's working again... WHOOPEEEE!!! :-)
