Windows live messenger keeps loading and ringing
When I try to initiate a video call, my video shows up for me , but in the
field above my video, where the person's video should be, it just says loading and the phone keeps ringing forever. The person told me that they accepted. What can solve this? I have a Logitech quickcam My OS is XP Pro SP2
