Default MSN messenger keeps loading

if you had remove MSN massenger, it should totally
removed from your computer except if you mean windows
messanger. Windows Messenger could not be removed, but it
can be disable. base on my experiance, even after you
disable, it will automatic start if you run outlook
express or M.Outlook. however you can totally denied it
from lunching from group policy.

1) open run and type "gpedit.msc" without "".
2) after group policy opened, go to Local Computer
Policy/User Configuration/Administrative
Templates/Windows Components/Windows Messenger.
3) change both setting to "enable"
4) restart computer and that should solve your problems.

-----Original Message-----
I unchecked the box to msn messenger in the add/remove
windows components. However the messenger keeps loading
everytime I start windows, and when I end it in windows
task manager under processes, it restarts a few minutes
later and causes my Star Wars Galaxies game to

constantly
crash. I find this very annoying and the crash is so bad
I have to do a hard shut down every time and that isn't
good for my computer. I have also unchecked the start-up
of the messenger in ms config in the only 2 areas I

found
it. MSN messenger isn't a service it's a virus and it is
NOT on a virus list.
Any help on removing it completely will be greatly
appreciated. TIA
.
