Default File Sharing on Home Network

Hello! Friends:

My OS is XP-Pro.

My home network was working fine until a full malware scan was done on my
pc. After which, other PCs in my home network can't share the files in my pc.
They got this message:

"not enough server storage to process this command."

Can anyone help? Much appreciated.

You may need to modify the IRPstackSize. This search result may help.

Hello! Bob

Thanks for you helpful reply.

In checking Chicago.net, it gives the following instruction:

2) Remove any unnecessary entries from this value in the registry,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\LanmanServer\Parameters\NullSessionPipes

Is it necessary to empty the above values? For a similar message in MS
KnowledgeBase did not mention this.

Would you like to comment? Thanks again.

Whatever you will do, remember to backup the register. It could be the
security software also. Try clean boot for a test.
