Creating a subform on a field
Add the Drop Down Form Field on the Form toolbar. Double click it to open
its Field Options box. Type the first item under where it says Drop-down Item. Click Add to add it to your list. Repeat. Press the Protect button on the Form toolbar. Without knowing more detail, It looks like a candiate for a ComboBox
to me. Are you just selcting the Stae the city is in?
