Default Windows PE Question

I am looking for a GUI O/S loader, I am very cautious because one might
destroy the 4 O/Ses I've already installed on my system, can PE safely do
that job for me? I am not considering PM and Sys commander, just see if I'm
up to creeks! Thanks
Jack
