We are all different, of course, and have different likes and dislikes. But I completely disagree that it is "better than the old start menu." I would use Windows 8 as installed if there was an explaination of what all the new key combinations were. The help system is is very unhelpfull in this regard. To find the info I want you have to go to external forums. If MS wants you to use Win 8 as installed its explaination of changes should have a lot better DJT I learned the Windows 8 hotkeys and I found it to be very easy. Although I recently bought two Logitech K400r keyboards and they have Windows 8 hotkeys right on the keyboard. Those keys are also programmable and can easily changed with SetPoint v6.51 to support hotkeys for other Windows versions like XP, Vista, and 7, too. -- Bill Motion Computing LE1700 Tablet ('09 era) - Thunderbird v12 Centrino Core2 Duo L7400 1.5GHz - 2GB RAM - Windows 7 Pro SP1 (x86) |
