Default MsnMsgs.msi

"Windows Installer: The feature you are trying to use is
on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a
folder containing the installation package "MsnMsgs.msi"
in the box below":

"C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\IXP000.TMP\"

can someone tell me what this means? It often pops up at
random. I can't uninstall MSN Messenger, or re-install
it. I get above msg when I try.

Also having install issues with NIS/NAV'03. Just
recently upgraded from WINME to WINXP. It goes through
the install, puts an icon on the desktop for NIS, but
then it disappears and the install window comes back as
though I never attempted an install.

I have a Dimension 4300 w/XP.
128Mb RAM

Thanks.
