ME laptop won't connect with network
My wife's laptop, just returned from vacation, won't
connect with our small home network (using a 5 port Linksys hub), though it used to. The 3 other computers, 2 XP's and 1 other ME, can all see each other and share resources and the internet. But her's is invisible. I can't "ping" it using its IP address, nor can it ping any of the other computers. I have removed Firewalls, added the IP to "trusted zones" when Zonealarm is working, no effect. Should I run the Network Wisard on the laptop or could that complicate rather than solve problems? Any guidance will be appreciated! Rick |
