Default .asf Video File turned corrupt - please help

A video file with .asf extension (a Vicks tv commercial
named kisses.asf) previously running perfect, is suddenly
not playing fully. It now runs for about a third of the
time and then stops saying the file is corrupt. This is
what is displayed:

Error ID = 0xC00D1199, Condition ID = 0x00000000

Could you please tell me what to do?

Cheers -

Subho (India)
