Right click the start Button and select Explore. Expand

the Startmenu and
double left click on Programs to open the Programs

folder into the right
pane. Right click an empty area in the right pane and

select New-Folder.
Rename the folder as you will. Open this folder and drag

shortcuts into as
you desire. This will create an expandable folder in

the Start-Programs
menu.

I am in Classic Mode in XP. How do I make a new folder

in
Start/Programs and cut/paste programs into it?
