Default Single User XP Pro

Sharon F (or others) ...
It is possible that I am not stating my question correctly. I have a friend
with XP pro and his computer just boots up - no log on screen, no All Users,
Default User, etc., and the default Administrator only comes up with
Ctrl-Alt-Del.
Thanks ... Cal

XP is a multiuser environment. Even on a single user setup, you will have

All Users, Default User
and the default Administrator account in addition to your own. Some setups

will also show a
"Local Service" and "Network Service" account.

MS MVP [Shell/User]

Additionally, I set XP up for multiple users and would now like to revert

to
single user. Any suggestions in either area would be welcome.

... Cal

Thanks Doug - love your site!

.... Any clue what happens to existing data or files created by current
users. Should any existing accounts be deleted first?
