Default Can't start server

Why oh why does this message titled "P2P Networking-can't
start server" come up every 60 seconds when we are on our
computer? And how do I cease it?

My first born child and unlimited chocolate await you for
the correct answers!

G'Day Anastasia - SuPERMa39,
I would love to have another First Born with you
but my wife says No - we could, however, discuss
the Cholocate!
Could you tell us more?
What version of Windows
Network setup
Dial-up Isp/Cable/ADSL
Does it happen all the time OR
only when connected to ISP OR
accessing the Internet?
etc.......

Do you have any peer to peer (p2p) software installed such as Kazaa? Check
the settings in those programs (or check for an update) as that is where
the error message is coming from.
