Default Migrating contents of Outlook express from Win 98 to XP

See http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_oe.htm for information on how to back
up your mail, news and settings. This method can be used to move all of the
above to another computer and OS, as well.

I recently changed from Win 98 to WIN XP. Accordingly, I would like to

move
all contents of the mail program from one OS to another.

How do I go about it? Can I save the contents to a file and perhaps burn

it
to a CD or are there better ways?

Thank you for taking tome to reply.
