All users, except the original administrator, cannot open
certain secure links. I click on the link and nothing
happens. No warning or error messages...nothing. When I
log on as administrator everything works fine. I changed
everyone else's accounts to administrator, but I still
couldn't open the links in question. I tried changing
security settings, running "sfc /scannow", and
reinstalling Windows. Still the same problem. The only
thing that seems to work is reformatting and doing a clean
install of Windows. Everything works for a while, but
sooner or later, the problem comes back. I'm getting tired
of reinstalling Windows over and over again...somebody
please help! Thanks.

Tried your suggestion, however, it didn't solve my
problem. Thanks anyway.
