Sent attachments are stripped of data

No problem prior to checking USE PASSIVE FTP (for firewall and DLS modem compatibility). Then several complaints. Went back and un-checked option, however, problem still exists. Is there another option that should be un-checked in order to correct this problem? Could there be an issue with Norton's Anti- Virus check? Thanks in advance. |
