Default SQLDebugger User Account

Is my Win XP Pro system supposed to have a User Account
named SQLDebugger. It doesn't show up on the login
screen. Could this be a hacker?

Also, how do I disable the "Administrator" account from
the welcome screen? I already have my own User Account
with administrator priveleges.

Thanks!

Jeff
