Saving PDF hangs after Windows update
For years it is my usual practice to open my monthly bank statement (PDF) with Adobe Acrobat then
save it to my hard drive. Following a Windows update last night, this morning I found that although I could view the PDF as usual, the save dialog would just hang at the point I would expect to see the list of the folders. I did manage to get round it by finding the PDF in the downloads folder then copying it my bank statements directory, but that is inconvenient. Is this a bug in the latest Windows update (KB4467702)? |

Which browser and which bank? Also is it Acrobat or Reader? The best way is to right-click on the file and save it or in Edge you get download icons and they work 100% of the time. -- With over 950 million devices now running Windows 10, customer satisfaction is higher than any previous version of windows. |

It is the Acrobat Reader. Anyway, it appears to be working now, must have been some odd glitch. Thanks anyway. |
