custom notifications
Is there a way to create custom win10 task notification popups?
Maybe I'd schedule a notification to do a system restore every six months? Or maybe I'd have the notification notice when a certain file changed. Are the win10 task notifications only those that microsoft wants? Or can we set up our own task notifications?

Why can't you use the calendar in Windows to create a recurring event with a reminder?
