You trimmed the quotation of the paragraph you responded to, and
missed the entire point I was making. Here's the paragraph again. Note
the last sentence in particular.

"Then you don't have enough experience with the forums. There are
excellent people here, but despite the Microsoft contractors, there
are also excellent people there, and there is lots of good information
you can get there. If anything, because the forums are far more active
than the newsgroups, there are more excellent people there than here."

You stated that Microsoft staff do not operate on the Answers forums.

I had communication with David WOLTERS saying that he DID work for
Microsoft itself.

This link should 'work'!

Actually, I go the point the first time. My experience is that
they are not.

Actually, they remind me of the joke:

A pilot was lost in the clouds over Seattle. So, he flew
under the cloud cover and circled a building. He shouted
out to someone at a window "Where am I?" The response
was "In a plane!" The pilot immediately flew up and
over a few miles and made a perfect landing at Seattle's
airport.

His passengers asked him how he know where he was from
the answer. The pilot responded "The answer was
perfectly accurate and perfectly useless. Therefore I
know I was circling the Microsoft building. And I used
that as a landmark to find the airport."

No, I didn't. See below. I said "No, Microsoft forums *almost* never
have any Microsoft employees there." Note the emphasis I just added to
the word "almost."

But I did say "because the forums are far more active than the
newsgroups, there are more excellent people there than here."
Excellent people and Microsoft employees are two very different
things. Some Microsoft employees are excellent; some are not. And some
excellent people are Microsoft employees; some are not.

They sure act like M$ employees

Yes, I'm aware that some do. But acting like someone/something and
being that are two entirely different things. Many contractors act
like employees because they fear that if they don't, they will not be
rehired as contractors. And many MVPs act like employees because they
fear that if they don't, they will not be reawarded as MVPs.

I always try to act like myself, and try to be as honest as I can in
voicing my opinions. If Microsoft doesn't like what I say and doesn't
want to reaward me, that's their privilege. I'll live without the
reaward.

As a couple of examples of what I mean in the paragraph above, in the
forums I often say that I greatly prefer WordPerfect to Microsoft
Word. And I greatly prefer FireFox (or almost any other browser) to
Edge. And I think almost any third-party e-mail program is a better
choice than the Mail program that comes with Windows 10. I'm sure
Microsoft doesn't like to see my voicing such opinions, but they've
never complained to me about it.

And if David B. says he's communicated with David Wolters who said he
works for Microsoft itself, that might be correct, or it might not.
David B. is a troll and I don't believe anything he says. On the other
hand, as I said above, here is a sentence from the reply to you I made
earlier: "No, Microsoft forums almost never have any Microsoft
employees there." Note the word "almost." It's very rare, but it don't
claim it's never the case.

Mr.Wolters probably perma-banned Daves new sock.

This is why socks come in pairs. If one sock is perma-banned,
you slip into your other sock. "Viola".

One of the differences between our experiences may be that I
only get called when other can't fix things. You may have had
the more common issues.

He's been banned so many times, at so many places, that he should be
used to it by now. It still bothers him greatly, though.

He got banned at annexcafe well over a decade ago, but he still carries
that torch, as well as everything that's happened since. What a life.
