Default October 2019 Update

The 19H2 might be released this week (either Thursday or Friday) . There
is a Press Event tomorrow, Wednesday (2nd October 2019) so Microsoft
might tell us more about this and even show us what is the big thing in
this update.

One thing we know is that it will be a cumulative update rather than the
full reinstallation. Microsoft has now decided that only the first
update of the year (March/April) will be the full reinstallation and
also this update will be optional unless you are still running a very
old version of Windows 10 when you will be forced to upgrade the machine
for further service support.

Further details tomorrow or Thursday.
