Japan contact tracing app "COCOA" launches this week using Microsoft to build it
Notice the politics infused into all decisions:
"We wanted to introduce the app when the sense of urgency was high among the public" It's the ignorati who clamor to be tracked everywhere they go! o Yet more evidence government sponsored apps are based on pure fear. Microsoft built Japan's contact-tracing app using Apple and Google tech https://www.engadget.com/microsoft-built-japans-contacttracing-app-using-apple-and-google-tech-105556846.html "According to the University of Oxford, this type of app needs to be used by 60 percent of the population to be useful. In countries that adopted contact-tracing apps early on, such as Singapore and Iceland, that figure stands at around just 40 percent." HINT: There's a reason the WHO needed to shove the asymptomatic elephant out of the room when claiming we needed to "focus on contact tracing". -- Of course, the WHO "claims" that asymptomatic transmission is "very rare"; hence, contact tracing is something the WHO wants governments to focus on! |
