Today, nearly a quarter of all electricity produced
in Germany still comes from burning lignite, often
called brown coal, one of the dirtiest fossil fuels,
making Germany the world's leader in the mining and
burning of lignite, according to the International
Energy Agency. -- NYTimes.COM

"How much of the US electricity generation is attributed to coal?"

https://toxmap.nlm.nih.gov/toxmap/fa...d-to-coal.html

About 62.7% of the electricity generated was from
fossil fuel (coal, natural gas, and petroleum),

with 30.1% attributed from coal ===

See, the US is an exceptional country.

The Chinese are better at it though.

"In 2019, reports show that approvals for new coal mines
had increased five fold over approvals in 2018, and
"China State Grid Corporation last month forecast that
total coal-fired capacity would peak at 1,230-1,350 gigawatts (GW),
which would mean an increase of about 200-300 GW".

Now, a coal plant we closed here was 4GB, and we considered that
to be a pretty large site. And the Chinese are adding fifty sites
that big to their system.

Greta got it right. That's what infinite growth looks like.

No amount of mitigation will make a dent in that.

Enjoy the ride.

Greta has been brainwashed.
People LOVE their "climate apocalypse" cult, and HATE the truth.

Joe Biden broke the law;
he literally FORCED Ukraine to lay off his son.
That's nepotism. Corruption, Third World style.

According to a Russian news site, Biden's son subsequently received
payments of $50,000 as a 'director' of a Ukranian company. I have no
idea of whether or not that is correct.

Trump didn't force anyone;
at worst, he asked if Ukraine might enforce the law.

In light of the background I understood him to ask the new Ukranian PM
to ask the new Ukranian Attorney General to continue the investigation
that the previous Ukranian Attorney General had bee most eluctant to
pursue. Once again I have no idea of whether that is correct or not.

Yet the mainstream media ( e.g. Saturday Night Live, Jimmy Fallon,
Bill Maher, Jimmy Kimmel, and Conan ) sincerely believe that
it was Trump who broke the law, not Joe Biden.

Amazing, wide-spread delusion.
Enjoy the Kool-Aid.
