Confirmed: Windows 10 Setup Now Prevents Local Account Creation

But you knew that right? nobody said starlink was fully deployed worldwide. the point is that it's fast and low latency. Again just in the demo stage and currently not *really* available, which means what I said about current satellite latency is not wrong. Satellite Internet is currently a lousy deal, expensive, limited, unreliable, poor latency, and *maybe* in the future Starlink might address some of satellite's detractors. Fixing latency will not be the game changer if it is still expensive, metered, and susceptible to interference from a fairy's fart. -- Take care, Jonathan ------------------- LITTLE WORKS STUDIO http://www.LittleWorksStudio.com |

And spotty at the same time. I know 2 ladies who live less than 100 yds. apart. One can access either Hughesnet or Dish, the other is Hughesnet only. -- Ken MacOS 10.14.6 Firefox 69.0.2 Thunderbird 60.9 "My brain is like lightning, a quick flash and it's gone!" |

That's why the latency is lower on the proposed "new stuff". Since Starlink "flies past your head", it will do handoff while you're sitting there. And Starlink is proposed to do store and forward in space. I would have expected rain to affect it, but, we'll see eventually I guess. Paul |
