internet connection bridgeing btween xp pro and 2kpro

I set up an xp pro machine with two nic making it act as
a router I set up a bridge between the two nic to share
files and internet connection, SBC DSL, I made the
network disk for the pro but it says it only works with
9x or 4.0 not 2k. please help
