Default Windows intaller

I just upgraded windows 98 to XP professional. I have
Office 2000 installed. Everytime I access a site now, the
windows installer is trying to install something from
office 2000 premium. I do not have the program disk.
How do I get it from launching?

Hi Joe,

Copy these lines into Notepad and save with a .reg extension. Change the
folder number 10.0 according to O2K.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\C ommon]
"UserData"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\F rontPage]
"UserData"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\E xcel]
"UserData"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\P owerPoint]
"UserData"=dword:00000001
