BUG - Find within files and folders does not work correctly

Everyone,

If you try to use the Find for files or folder functionality - It does not
work when you want to search for files containing a particular text.

For example, If I want to find all the files containing text "Prabhat" - it
may not return any result when I am sure that the folder where I am
searching does contain files containing "Prabhat". I went thru different
search options even .. doesnt help. This is driving me crazy - any help is
highly appreciated. This used to work perfectly in 2000.
