Hi Virginia,

To resolve this issue, delete all of the files in the Temporary Internet
Files folder.

To do this, follow these steps: Start Windows Explorer. Browse to
C:\Document and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.
On the Edit menu, click Select All, and then press DELETE. When the
confirmation message appears, click Yes. Close Windows Explorer.

Checkpoints/Options:

View Source - Restore Notepad as Default (Line 183)

I cannot seem to find anything on this problem. Can
anyone help me as to why my system is doing this? It
works in the other profiles, just not mine! HELP!

----------
Then why does it work in the other profiles? It's the
same computer - just different profiles. Plus this works
on IE at work no problem.
