Unhandled exception upon opening windows

Hi,

It likely means that you installed Kazaa Media Desktop.

Go to the Control Panel/Add & Remove, uninstall any/all of the =
following: Pgmonitr, Promulgate Universe, or Delfin. This is add-on =
garbageware that is part of the installation and is known to cause this =
problem. Removing it will not affect the ability to continue using =
Kazaa.
