Outlook express?

on one of my pc's I am running Winxp home on a 450mhz pc with 384mg of ram
and a 40gig hardrive.
!. When trying to use the spell checker a dialog box says "error occured
while trying to run spell check"
2. Many times in order to send an email I have to reboot before it will
send. I am using Norton antivirus and Internet security. Thanks for any
help.

Do you have any of the MS office programs installed that provide the
Spellcheck? (OE doesn't have a spellcheck of it's own)
