Im going to do a massive hardware upgrade to my computer.
(ie Motherboard,Processor, and harddrive). Are there any
concerns regarding the activation of windows XP after this
upgrade? Could someone please advise.

Hi,

If this is a retail version of WindowsXP, then you will have no problems
with reactivation. You may need to phone it in depending upon circumstances.

If you bought an OEM full version, activation may be blocked as it will be
seen as a new system. An OEM license is usually tied to the original
installation.
