Default after password changes screensaver locked account out

Hi folks

OS: WinXP SP2

since we created a ActiveDirectory the following issue happens.

after the Windows password is changed.
Some user are then unable to login again when the screensaver was running.
Allways the message "wrong passsword" and then "account is locked out".
Only this workaround is helping.
- unlock the account
- user start his machine new
- now he can login

i searched but i don't finde somthing.

Have you tried using the Account Lockout Tools (LokoutStatus.exe,
Alockout.dll, Aloinfo.dll, AccInfo.dll, EventCombMT.exe, NLParse.exe, and
more)? For a comprehensive description of these tools and how to use them,
