WKWBL.DLL is a component of Microsoft Works.
It may be reinstated by reinstalling Works.

A file extension is the last letters following the period in the name of a file, which tells Windows what type of file it is. I'm assuming that you're getting an error message saying that windows can't find the file wkwbl.dll. It's an MS Works file. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling MS Works. If that doesn't fix the problem, AND you're running Norton Antivirus the Office plug-in can cause the problem. In that case uninstall MS Works then use one of the following methods that applies to YOUR VERSION of NORTON (the following is from an MS KB article):

Unregister the Norton AntiVirus 2000 OfficeAV.dll plug-in. To do this:
1.. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders.
2.. In the Named box, type OfficeAV.dll.
3.. In the Look in box, click the hard disk on which Microsoft Windows is installed, and then click Find Now.
4.. In the list of found files, note the path for the OfficeAV.dll file under the In Folder column. By default, this file is located in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus

5.. Click Start, and then click Run.
6.. In the Open box, type the following line (including the quotation marks), and then click OK:
regsvr32 /u "path\officeav.dll"

where path is the path you noted in step 4.
7.. Click OK when you receive the following message:

DllUnregisterServer in path\OfficeAV.dll succeeded.
If you have Norton Antivirus 2002 installed, follow these steps to disable the Office Plug-in:
1.. Start Norton AntiVirus.
2.. Click Options, and then click Miscellaneous.
3.. In the How to keep Microsoft Office documents protected section, clear Enable Office Plug-in.
4.. Click OK, and then exit Norton AntiVirus.
Then reboot your system, and reinstall MS Works.
